The book is this:

Please read chapter 2, Functors, all the way up to adjoint functors, and try to do the exercises.

At our August meeting we will continue doing exercises from the first part of Chapter 2 of the book; it is not late to join!

We do exercises on the whiteboard.

We are a mix of beginners and experienced categorists; don't be afraid if you do not understand something; we will help.

Mike, I believe it was discussed yesterday.
The answer is: objects of that category are functors from A to B, and arrows are natural transformations between them.

My question re: 2.3.6: What does it mean that B^A is "the" functor category? (not just "a" functor category, which is obvious)

I'm very sorry that my job didn't release me and I also regret missing.... See you next time! I'll study first half of chapter 2 by my self.

I regret missing, but two separate events conspire to make it unwise. I hope to see you nest time.

Which means moving it to August 21st may be good for you?

Personally, yes. But, you know, my comment was not request. Anyway, I can join the meeting on 21st because you moved.
