Meet at Starbucks, 4th and Mission, San Francisco

-We will meet at starbucks
-then walk over to parade route and occupy spots.

-sample street food

-see Miss Chinatown

-watch little kids doing Lion Dance

-dinner after the parade if there is enough interests

Parade officially starts on Feb 23, 2013 at 5:15 pm

note: We went last year as well. it was cold at night, please wear warm clothings
This event is excellent for taking photos. Make sure you bring your camera.

You are advised to take BART or MUNI to chinatown as some streets will be closed. and parking might be difficult.

It is time to update your RSVP. If you are looking for carpool and if you haven't found a ride by now, most likely you will not find one by Sat. Think about taking mass transportation, i.e. CalTrain or BART.

Bring a heavy jacket because no matter how warm during the day. It will be freezing cold after the sun goes down. This is San Francisco.
