Music@Menlo now in its final week

Under the leadership of David Finkel and Wu Han, this has fast become one of the top chamber music festivals in the world. I've not seen any of you in attendance--perhaps many/most of you aren't aware of it? Most of the events are free, all are wonderful. I've been hesitant to schedule a meetup due to work/family pressures; I'm  living (for now) on Peninsula, and have managed to catch about half a dozen events, mostly on the spur of the moment, and will see at least several more this week.(Heard the Orion Quartet play Beethoven's Op. 131 today--magnificent!) The prelude concerts are free, and are almost as good as the headliners, and there're always tickets available at the door, btw. So I hope to run into a few of you, and if there's a time in particular at which any of you plan to attend, let me know and perhaps I can meet you! Hope you're all having a wonderful summer.--Brian
