Mikes, if it's the one that used to be called "Late for the train" is
walking distance (but, unfortunately not for everybody) from the Menlo
Park Caltrain station. If there's a different Mikes, I don't know
about it. There are buses (line 22, I think) that leave Caltrain
University station (Palo Alto) and motor along El Camino, quite
possibly with a stop at Castro. Would also stop out in front of the
Town and Country. Still, just a bit of walking to do.
