You just know it's authentic only when you think it's authentic, but I'm most familiar with "authentic" cuisine from U.S. coastal regions in which I've lived.
I came to the SF Bay for work and have lost count of the years ever since!
I am open to learning, sharing and diversity. I'm quite friendly, yes; forgiving, yes; a gossip or a whiner, no.
