Since the dawn of mankind, insects have been a key part of the human diet - although in recent Western culture, the culinary spotlight has shifted elsewhere. As the global food supply chain reaches its limits, a multitude of individuals and organizations across the world are helping bring about a revolution in food production. Entomophagy - the human consumption of insects - is starting to make a splash. This group is for anyone interested in the emerging entomophagy industry. We aim to provide a forum for discussion, a conduit for the exchange of technology and ideas, and a place to find new business opportunities. Anyone is welcome, from those who are merely curious to the entrepreneurs and scientists at the leading edge of the industry.
