I'd like to get information about the direction of the market and opportunities within it. Some professional contacts would be nice too, as college feels like a bit of a scholarly vacuum sometimes.

I'm a UC Berkeley student double-majoring in Nutritional Science and Conservation and Resource Studies. I'm interested in Entomophagy, but I don't have much experience with the subject beyond a 2-unit entomology class and a human diet class.
