Riding (road), trail running. Would probably be quite a few more, but my knees put caps (no pun intended, actually) on what I can do on any given day.
Presently, a few local trails for running. Slowly, incorporating the road riding back in, locally. And, loads of places are favs for riding.
Sounds cool, but have to take it one day at a time. One day, my knees allow me to run forever, and then, I get on the bike, do sprint/intervals, bam, knees down. Or, one slight twist on the trail and I could be down. Basically, I'm building my fitness back right now, still in PT for joint stuff, almost done. So, when I can bend my legs -- reliably -- I'll be more predictable, able to commit to something like planning. Presently, I'm working on the showing up part ;) .
