Announcing a new Meetup for Bay Area Everything Outdoors Club for 20,30,40 year olds!

What: Sunol Wilderness 6 mile dog-friendly hike withoptional rock scramble

When: June 20,[masked]:00 PM

Price: $1.00 per person

Where: Click the link below to find out!

Meetup Description: We'll do a 6 mile hike in this dog-friendly park. Terrain varies from open hillsides to paths along the Alameda Creek through the Little Yosemite Area. There's an option on this hike for those who want to do a 1 mile rock scramble up a dry creekbed to rejoin the rest of the group on the trail. I did this portion 2 weeks ago and it is challenging but doable and a nice change from the standard flat trails in the park. This won't be good for dogs though. We can decide at the junction if anyone wants to take this option.

Bring a picnic lunch and plenty of liquids. Park entry fee is $5 per car and $2 per dog. As always carpools are recommended.
