My parents introduced me to meditation when I was about 10 years old. They took me to a (Guru) who gave me the basic guidelines and a mantra. Since then I have been dabbling with meditation, but nothing serious. I wish to truly explore it now. After putting my toes in the water I'm ready to dive in. Currently reading the "Power Of Now" which has ignited a desire to explore mindfulness.
Greetings, I have been exploring meditation and mindfulness lately. So far it has been very liberating. Would love to meet others with similar interests. I don't have a car so I can only attend meetups that are public transportation friendly.
