What camera do you work with most?

Panasonic Lumix FZ100

What do you shoot for pleasure?

Anything and everything.... landscapes, abstracts, candid portraits, animals..... I'm an avid traveler and particularly love undeveloped countries and unique cultures.

Do you have a portfolio on-line? (link to website here)

Working on it. In the interim, you can see a small sampling of images from my travels in my meetup profile.

What is your favorite lens?

Still using a point and shoot, but, hope to graduate to a DSLR soon. The nice thing about my little point and shoot with the 24x optical zoom is that I'm very unassuming. People are always yelling the the "real" photographers with their big lenses and pretty much ignore me snapping away. :-)

Who is most inspirational in your work?

Trey Ratcliff for HDR... and I especially like his stuck in motion videos. Rodney Loughry comes to mind as well as Jennifer Wu. Recently discovered Yves Adams for wildlife photography. There are so many great photographers. I've been blessed to have visited many incredible places and definitely wish I had a better camera and skills on those excursions. Oh well... there's always the next trip.
