Thanks for the reply and the suggestions - near the train and later. I will summarize al the responses and post after more come in.
The next meeting will probably be at an interim site - maybe, as you say, just a quieter cafe (someone suggested Pizza Hut), but we should be trying to come up with a better solution that meets our needs for the longer term.
