Tennis, Biking, Scuba diving, snorkeling, hiking, in-line blading and etc.
They are good exercises for both upper and lower body. :)
Kiteboarder- Haven't go on the water yet. Stand up paddler- Tried at 2-3 times on rental board before we bought the inflatable boards.
Do fun stuffs together with other people and to make new friends along the way.
We are newbies to SF. Perhaps when we do it if we settle into the area.
We just bought ourselves 2 stand up boards and a surf kites. It will be fun to do it together with like-minded people.
