Google Maps says I'll be there in 35 minutes, could be 6:30pm. Crazy traffic onto the Bay Bridge.

Would anyone want to top rope? (And has gear, since all I have is a harness). I think there's at least one route

    Sounds great.
I've been managing V4–5 (occasionally V6) at Dogpatch Boulders but I've never done any outdoor climbing/bouldering.
Would this suit my level of experience?
Any gear I'd need to bring that I wouldn't normally for indoor?

Crashpad if you have it. But not needed. Hopefully a few of us canbring some. Most things are pretty low at indian rock and mortar. V5 will give you a good 15 options of stuff to work.
