I didn't really like the coffee at the other place and it's always too busy there for more than 2 people.
I decided to try brunch at one of my local breakfast/brunch joints. They have a well sized menu and good coffee and it's never busy when I go although I go a bit later usually so we'll see.
Some food for thought. I was talking to someone about how every single second we make choices that might affect tons of people but most of the time we never find out about it. So he told me a story where a co-worker came on to him at a xmas party and he didn't want to be a part of it although he was single. Later she got with another co-worker - his wife found out and divorced him.
Ever since then the first guy has been wondering: could he have saved their marriage by going with the girl. Is he in a weird way responsible for the divorce ?
I know he is not really but it is interesting to think about it. How many things happen or don't happen to other people because of something we did or didn't do at a particular moment ?
See you there.
