This month, we are excited to present Devon Bolla and Bill Toomey of Full Count Investments who specialize in entity formations including Land Trusts and LLCs. Full Count also provides eviction services.
A native of Pleasanton, CA, Devon Bolla has many years of experience in the real estate industry. Previously spending the majority of her career as an Escrow Officer and then as an investment consultant presenting real estate investments utilizing self-directed IRAs, she’s now a seasoned investment consultant at Full Count Investments. Devon also fulfills the role of Operations Manager of her companies' other division, Full Count Services, which provides investor services such as evictions, title holding trust formations (aka Land Trusts) and other services. She’s also the primary trustee and administrator of their title holding trust department. Having spent time with title and escrow companies, home builders and real estate investment firms, you will not find a person with a more well-rounded education in the industry.
