    There was some good content but I had mixed feelings. I guess I'm tired of people trying to sell me their version of a success story. I think there are many things we can do on our own periodically as investors to improve our business. There shouldn't be a need to spend more money on more training or coaching. Go back to what you know and see if you are doing what you think you should be doing. Also, I feel that like with most things in life, you have to find your own way that works. If something works for one person, it may not work for you no matter how much they try to sell you on the idea. There are many things that work for me, but I don't go around trying to convince my friends and colleagues to do that, because it may not work for them.

      Absolutely, I find these REIA meetings fantastic overall. Certainly a learning opportunity every time I go. I like the variety of presenters talking from different angles, such as best practices on the MLS, buy and hold of rental properties, PropertyRadar intro and market analysis and all the other great presentations. Never hurts to get ideas. Great networking opportunity as well!
