Any way to reserve for the next one? Always see the posting when is full. Be well, Rafael.

    June 3, 2013

    • Julia M.

You can join Waiting list. payments are required to reserve a spot on this trip, 4 people haven't pay yet, I will only keep their spot until end of today.

I did pay; the charge is not on one of my credit card statements and I haven't yet received the statement for my other major credit card. I don't want to sleep without privacy and can't sleep on floors anymore because of my back. I will just not go, but please credit my credit card if it does end up appearing in your account. Thanks for getting back to me. Your trip sounds so awesome; I was really looking forward to it.

    May 28, 2013

    • Julia M.

Maggie, can you call your credit card company? Also you should get an email conformation for this payment.

      May 28, 2013

  • Maggie

Hi, Julia. I was one of the first to sign up and pay, yet I don't see my name listed for any of the accommodations. You had said it was first come, first serve on accommodations, which is why I immediately signed up. What gives?

    May 23, 2013

    • Julia M.

Hi Maggie! I don't see your payment posted in my account. Can you confirm that it actually went through? A simple RSVP is sufficient for most of our events, but our Yosemite trips are a total sellout every time (and we almost always have a waiting list) so payments are required to reserve a spot on this trip. Let me know if there's anything I can do to help.

      May 23, 2013

All the bedrooms with pillows + blankets. Only floor spaces bring sleep bags.

Hi Julia, thanks for the update. I saw that I was assigned to a queen bed with my friend Alisa. I was wondering if I could switch to the 2 Trundle Beds (Bedroom# 4) in the Mountain View Home since it would be a better option for 2 girls (especially my friend is quite tall), rather than 1 queen bed (except if Bedroom# 2 has 2 queen beds than I would keep bedroom# 2). Do we need to bring extra stuff such as pillow + blanket + toiletries? Thanks in advance for all the help. Berlina

    May 21, 2013

    • Bebe

Hi Julia, King Bed/Room for 2 people is better than the queen bed. Is it still on the Summit House now? I take it anyway, just need to know which address I should be driving too. Do I need to bring pillow, etc.?

      May 21, 2013

    • Bebe

I'll take the King Bed. Thanks Julia

Hi. I just tried to make payment and I'm getting an untrusted certificate warning. I haven't used eventbee before and I get paranoid about these things, no reason to worry right?

    May 8, 2013

    • Thomas Dwyer I.

You should never proceed with a financial transaction if you're seeing untrusted certificate warnings. I am not aware of any such issues on any of our machines. Can you please tell me exactly which link(s) had this problem?

All sorted. I suspect it was a combination of user error and trying to do it on my new tablet.

Who is doing carpool from Daly City Bart? Is that a member driving a car? Also do we get rooms of our own?

    April 13, 2013

    • Julia M.

I will find someone driving a car in Daly City Bart, I will let you know soon. I will arrange roommate after your payment.

Definitely want in on this! Sounds like an awesome opportunity! Since I live in Napa, may just meet you there if that's is okay. I could get there early and get happy hour set up for arrival of the rest of you if you tell me what you want and reimburse expenses.

    April 6, 2013

    • Julia M.

Hi Maggie, my car will arrive early, you can help me to setup happy hour.
