    happy hours are usually in very noisy areas, difficult for conversations, much less Questions, resources, lessons learned, or shortannouncements (eg openings) an individual may have to share with the whole group. Possible to get a law office to give you a conference room or use spaces provided by twitter, brightroll, Atlassian, and other common meetup sponsors?
