The Bay Area Strengths and Engagement team is a non profit think tank and member led group of HR professionals and their business partners.
The team is gathered to help HR professionals working for companies with fewer than 1,000 employees find and rate tools for improving employee productivity through the application of strengths and engagement based approaches.
The nation's largest companies have organizational development budgets required to afford the outside consulting and technology that helps these companies cost efficiently increase employee productivity. The data suggests that the most effective approaches use strengths based consulting and employee engagement initiatives. The professionals running these initiatives are getting credit for a great deal of economic value creation.
This group is for the rest of us.
Our goal is to schedule at least quarterly educational and networking sessions to offer HR professionals access to actionable data, tools, feedback and reviews of employee engagement and strengths based solutions, providers, consultants, tools, research and ROI.
