Why do you think it is important for kids to learn about new technologies?

It's pretty clear. They will live in a world where it is a critical foundational skill, regardless of their career choice.

What is your experience either from the teacher/mentor or parent side of getting kids to code?

I am code illiterate. But I am willing to learn.

What methods have you tried?

This is my first crack at it.

If you have skills that you would like to teach kids, what are they?

Hi! I'm relatively new to the area. I want to explore technology with my 7 year old boy. He rocks.
