BayTUG November TYPO3 Meetup

The next meeting of the Bay Area TYPO3 Users Group will take place on November 8th from 6:30PM to 8:30PM at the AOE Media Offices. It will be usual format with presentations and informal question and answer session. People new to TYPO3 are encouraged to join us, we will do an introduction to TYPO3 to help you getting going.

 

This month we a taking a look at a couple of current topics.

  • Fine grain caching in TYPO3 - Fabrizio Branca will talk about advanced TYPO3 caching techniques
  • TYPO3 deployment automation on Amazon EC2 - Gaetan Marmasse will demonstrate a TYPO3 extension that simplifies the setup, deployment and management of Amazon EC2.

      Were there any great slides to review from T3con? Also, anything on DevOps for T3 might be interesting. For folks who want easy set up, either AWS images with preconfigured T3 appliance, or Vagrant boxes for T3. Would be interested in hearing how you agency types are managing your cloud ops.
