In addition to the student projects I worked on as a writer/artist while at USC, I was the writer for a (now defunct) startup mobile game company in LA, and now I'm working as a Cinematic Artist at Telltale Games.
Originally inspired to be a writer by comedy point-n-click adventure games such as "The Secret of Monkey Island", my favorite stories in games have always been comedic in nature; the storytelling and humor of games like the "Portal" and "Borderlands" series are very near and dear to my heart. However, I am also a huge fan of the more dramatic stories being told these days in games such as "Last of Us" and "Tomb Raider."
I'm new to the Bay Area (and the games industry) and would love to extend my network of both friends and colleagues. I would love to branch out and find opportunities to write and collaborate with talented, exciting people telling great stories through games.
Hello, I'm Eric! Originally from Rhode Island, I spent the last 6 years in Los Angeles going to film school and working as a screenwriter until I moved to the Bay Area in June of 2013 to work at Telltale Games as a Cinematic Artist.
