Distillery Tour & Samples at St. George Spirits

Okay I am organizing this time and we have a date. So sign-up if you are available and still interested in checking out the place.
St. George Spirits is a distillery located on Alameda.
Cost: $15 From their website:
The experience

Our Basic Training tours ($15) of the distillery are an extraordinary way to learn about craft distillation and artisanal spirits. The whole experience will give you the chance to see where our spirits are made and understand exactly what goes into crafting what’s in your glass.

Tours provide an overview of our production area, with the chance to view our stills, fermentation tanks, barrel storage, and bottling line. Your friendly and knowledgeable spirit guide will explain our production process and equipment, engage in a little absinthe myth-busting, and reveal why we have a shark in the hangar.

Tours include a complimentary tasting of our spirits, as well as a Basic Training dog tag that is yours to keep.

Tastings are guided experiences designed to help you learn how to approach and appreciate spirits. Each tasting includes a selection of our artisanal gins, whiskey, bourbon, vodka, absinthe, rum, brandies, and liqueurs—all made onsite!

We rotate our pours regularly so that each visit provides the opportunity to learn about and sample a variety of spirits—and so that that you’ll have something new to look forward to on subsequent visits.

I had a lot of fun meeting all of you. Flashback to younger times tasting all those spirits!

Oh boo, Amanda! Not sure what this would entail at this point, but I'm happy to act as the organizer understudy. Here's my cell in case you cannot find us: [masked]. Is the tour reservation under your name, Amanda?

Thanks Michelle! Ann was who I made the reservation with, I gave her your name. I really appreciate you stepping up. Call me if you need anything: [masked]

So I won't be able to go tomorrow, don't think you all want this darn flu. You should be able to find each other since we are on the same tour. Again if someone wants to organize that would be great. Share phone numbers so you can find each other. I'll be scheduling another one in the future too.

So I've been home w/ the flu for 3 days. Not sure if I'll be able to attend Saturday or not. Maybe someone can offer to be the back-up host?
