February 2012 Coordinating Committee Meeting
On February 21st some of us will be getting together. We talk about how best to foster the BayALN community, how to keep it active and vibrant, relevant and useful. Together we decide on the next couple of events, and on this occasion we will also be talking about new ways to support your agile endeavors and help you achieve your goals. You are welcome to join in the fun of building a community. Bring your ideas and figure out with the group how to make them happen. We will start at 6pm sharp so we can try to finish at a more reasonable hour (e.g. 8pm rather than 9pm+). We will meet using Google Hangout technology. An invitation to the hangout will be sent to RSVPs of this meetup.

Joanna ZweigAssistant OrganizerA bit chaotic to establish communication because it was a hangout where not everyone could have access. We ended up on the conference line and got done what we needed, but it was not easy and there wasn't energy for doing anything beyond the absolutely necessary.

OK. I can start a hangout inviting my BayALN circle which now includes everyone who is in the RSVP list and in Google+. I can share the meeting docs from the hangout.
Do you know how to invite the meetup group to the hangout? I added as many people as possible from the RSVP list in the meetup to my BayALN circle. A few of the names didn't identify someone I could include in my circle. Sorry for the ignorance here and thanks in advance for your assistance.
