Training & Networking: Sales Strategy and Effectiveness

Sales strategy is on two fronts:

a.   Setting up your processes and practices and following through on these daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.

b.   Having effective sales conversations that convert

In this training and networking event, we will focus on both aspects of sales strategy.  There will be opportunities to be coached on your situations to get you ready to start closing sales the next day and to set up your practices and processes so that they work for you.
