I wanted a quick, high-intensity ride to build VO2 Max and speed but not take all day. Since I do this ride about 2x a week anyway, I thought of inviting you all to come with me for a little friendly competition (being a 5'2" woman I'm really not fast at all, maybe 20mph at top speed around the lake.) Meet at Haddon Hill Cafe for caffeine at 9:15AM, roll out @ 9:30AM. We'll do one easy warmup lap and then 3 fast laps around Lake Merritt and then re-fuel back at the cafe. You'll be finished with your workout in 40 minutes!
