In this session we will discuss how building networked communities is absolutely a must in the new millennium and why traditional CRM approaches and marketing are becoming increasingly less effective. We will also discuss building communities is not the same as using Social Media and how building communities can drive real business. We will share some examples how SAP used their communities to drive results such as
• (Crowd based) Innovation and R&D
• Market Research, Customer and Community Insights
• Conversational Marketing, Brand Building & Loyalty, next generation Public Relations and Communications
• Business & Competitive Intelligence
• Customer & Community Support
We will also discuss and brainstorm on how business communities will look like in the future and what you can do in your company to achieve short term and mid-term successes by incorporating a communities philosophy in your company.
