A seafood restaurant in Venice near Santa Maria di Miracoli -- I forget the name, but I asked the chef to marry me. Ciya, in Istanbul. A restaurant in Moissac, France, whose name I also forget, where 30 years ago I had a cassoulet and tarte tatin that I still haven't forgotten.
