This premier speed dating event will bring you together with other attractive, high-vibration opposite sex singles for an evening of fun, relaxed, authentic connection in a safe, no-pressure environment.

What Is "Creative Slow Speed Dating"?

"Creative Slow Speed Dating" is a fun way to meet and connect with a lot of conscious singles over the course of one evening who are also looking to find someone special.

We call it "Creative" Slow Speed Dating because you have the opportunity to interact in a variety of ways, that includes conversational as well as experiential. This means, you're not just two "talking heads" answering predictable questions, as in a typical speed-dating event, but you get to relate in playful, respectful, embodied ways, using non-verbal communication modalities as well.

We call it "Slow" Speed Dating because when you are fully in the present moment time slows down! Quality of presence is a high value at the "Irresistible Women and Amazing Men" MeetUps.

Who Is It For?

One of the things our participants have in common is that they are usually creative professionals, heart-based entrepreneurs, healers, teachers or leaders, who value personal and spiritual growth, and just haven't found that special someone yet. Those who attend our events are open-minded people willing to get out there and meet other kindred spirits. The age range of participants is mature 30s-youthful 60s.

How Does It Work?

You will get to interact with 10 or more opposite-sex participants in short, structured "mini-dates." There will also be unstructured social time to further mix and mingle.

After each 5 minute mini-date you check yes/no indicating your interest in getting to know them better. If you both check yes to one another then you are a match. The next day you will receive the email address of all your mutual matches.

Guest Expert

Guest Presenter, Eric Waisman, founder of Jaunty, Advancing Social Intelligence, will be sharing with you social techniques to enhance your communication skills in love, dating, and romance! He will be presenting on the topic of the 3 levels of attraction and conversational agility. You'll then have the opportunity to put your new skills into practice during the slow speed dating rounds.

Structure of the Evening

- Opening connection circle
- Orientation to the evening
- Special presentation by guest speaker, Eric Waisman
- Creative slow speed dating rounds
- Group share
- Closing circle
- Unstructured time for refreshments and socializing

How Much Are the Events?

The regular price for our events is $35 per person. However, we do offer an early sign up rate of only $25 if you are signed up more than 2 weeks before the event date. After that, the rate goes to the normal $35 rate. The $10 off early sign up rate encourages early sign-ups because it makes it much easier for us to prepare for the event and ensure gender balance when people are signed up ahead of time.

How Do I Sign Up? If you are interested in attending the event, please RSVP here through this event page. Once the online registration links are made available you will then need to purchase a ticket in order to secure your spot. Tickets are available on a first-come first-serve basis. Priority is given to Jan's Irresistibly Feminine private clients and students.

The $25 early bird rate is available until April 4. Thereafter, it goes up to $35.

What If I Can't Make the Event?

No refunds or rain checks will be given as long as the event you signed up for takes place. In the rare chance we cancel an event, you will be refunded or allowed to attend a different event. We appreciate your understanding of this policy and how difficult it would be to organize events if we allowed people to just not show up and receive a rain check. If you have signed up for an event, but are unable to attend, you have the option of selling your seat to a same-gender friend. If you would like to do this, email [masked] and let us know the name, age, and email address of the person taking your place.

Can I Just Show Up at the Door?

Walk-ins will be charged a $15 late fee. Walk-ins will only be allowed to participate if there is space available and must pay in cash.

A request? If some one took notes and caught the seven things for social engagement that Eric offered last evening I would be grateful you post them.
Big warm hug. Enjoy the warmth of the weekend.

In the meantime, “Be the Witness.” ;) Get to know your process around the whole anticipatory/insecurity-¬provoking nature of dating by witnessing your thoughts, feelings, and body sensations. Get curious with yourself, notice, and do compassionate self-inquiry. Notice what stories you make up, if you do, and why. Can you simply be with the sensations, feeling the “aliveness” of it all? Perhaps call up a buddy in the MeetUp group to connect around this and feel free to share in the discussion group here. It’s all so interesting! Love to you, Jan

Awesome! Thank you to every one of you who participated full-out in last night's event and thanks to our stellar guest Eric Waisman of Jaunty! What a great group. There was romance, flirtation, laughter, jitters, learning, depth, music, "snacks," and some real connections that happened. EVERY SINGLE PARTICIPANT met at least one person they said "Yes" to and there were 24 MATCHES total! I'd call that a super successful date night event. Special thanks to Cynthea, Maria, and Eric who assisted. Love you guys. xo ~Jan

Not everybody received a "match," but every person who participated did meet at least one person they said "yes" to, which I think it pretty great. 2/3rds of the group received at least one match and 8 people received three (3) or MORE matches!! There are going to be some busy daters out there. I'm positively giddy with excitement!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
