Hi my  name is Lola and I am interested in learning how to make raw foods. I took your workshop with Adam Apollo last year and loved what you taught us. I have been doing a cleanse and this is my last week so the timing will be perfect since I want to transition into a raw diet. I don't necessarily want to be a chef but I can kill it and am creative in the kitchen. My interest lies more in healthy desserts that won't hurt the body. Banana carob ice cream for example, no sugar other than what comes from the banana and carob is alkalizing and under rated!!  I'm alkalizing right now and am getting rid of candida so I've been thinking a lot about this ;) !! 
I would love to have hands on experience learning to prepare a live raw food demo, I have performance background and teach dance yoga so that would be fun for me. Yes and yes! I would love to learn to prepare custom high nutrition superfoods and vending at large events sounds awesome! pick me! 
I can be available saturady 11am forward (i'd prefer to start at 11am but can do later shifts as well) and same for Sunday!

I am part of the Sustainable Chef Showcase and will be providing Heathforce Nutritionals product enhanced superfood nutrition for the festival. I have several internship positions available for a select number of assistants to be involved in coordination and production of the demo and the planning and execution of the superfood booth at the Earthday SF event on Sunday April 22nd.  Internship shifts require a 4 hour commitment.  If you are interested in being involved please email me personally by no later then 5PM on Monday April 16th including a short description of why you are interested what your availability is between the hours of Sat April 21 11am-6PM  and Sunday April 22 9am-7PM. Selected assistants will receive samples of Healthforce products and prepared superfood products following the completion of their internship.
