Have you completed a triathlon previously? Other endurance events? What are your current training and fitness goals? How would rate you present fitness level?

I've done a few races, I used to be a swimmer and I'd like to get faster in Olympic distance races. Present level I'm not sure probably pretty bad after this long break, but need a lot of work to get back in shape.
