    Nice to hear from you! I really wish I had been able to to get to the meet up, it sounds great. I finished the advanced sequencing tools that Sami Khuri taught at UCSC-ext this winter, it was a great class. He taught us all about hidden Markov models, among other things, it was quite fun.
