Does this event require a laptop? (ie; are there practical components to these talks, or are they all passive?) Thanks!

No laptop required. The session will be recorded and a link posted later, and sample code will be put up on the BayNode's GitHub repo.

I can't make this one, but would be great if someone recorded it and put it online. I've been wanting to use geospatial w/ mongo on an idea i have.

StrongLoop recorded the last one and hosts it on their site. I'm pretty sure they're planning on continuing to do so as our sponsor, but I'll go ahead and confirm.
