he Louisiana Book Festival is back for its tenth installment! Louisiana’s world-class celebration of readers, writers and their books will return to Baton Rouge from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 2, 2013, in downtown Baton Rouge. This FREE celebration all takes place at the State Library of Louisiana, the Louisiana State Capitol, the Capitol Park Museum, and in tents on neighboring streets.
