This group is for the health and fitness enthusiast who aspires to develop healthy habits that will improve their quality of life! The "Be Fit…For Life" Community was created by Chad Austin and Dr. Kelly Baltuska. Chad is a personal trainer and bootcamp instructor in Lenexa, KS. He is also the host of an internet talk radio show on www.voiceamerica.com called Be Fit…For Life. The objective of Chad’s show is to help people overcome the obstacles in their lives that they use as excuses to not make fitness a priority! Kelly is a 2012 graduate from Cleveland Chiropractic College. Kelly encourages his patients to take an interest in their health care with a well-rounded and multifaceted approach that includes: healthy dietary habits and supplementation; regular exercise with both cardiovascular and strength training; a full night’s sleep; prayer and/or meditation and chiropractic adjustments.
