Small Group Meetup

Since the Be Fit Meetup Group will only meet once a month, I am forming a small group meetup beginning February 24, 2014, at 7 PM.     The small group will continue to provide information on improving our health and fitness as well as give support to each other on the Healthy Eating Plan For Life.

    Our Small Group Meetup will be held at Living Hope Church, 7 pm, Feburary 24, 2014. Everyone is welcome. Thank you Norma Baily and Tammy Platt for offering your house. We use you as backups. We are going to discuss food, nutrition, and exercise. Come prepare for a short workout!

    Our first group of 25 people on the 90 Day Healthy Eating Plan for Life have lost from a range of 8 lbs to 26 lbs in 30 days WHILE living their normal lives and activities. They feel great and have sustained energy all day long!!! One problem...... probably have to go shopping for new clothes for sure after the complete 90 day program. Pretty good problem to have!!! Come join us in making our lives the healthiest and most fit together!

    People on the 90 Day Healthy Eating Plan For Life are doing an incredible job in weight loss and inches lost. They feel better, energized throughout the day, sleep better, thinking clearer and so much more. These people are also getting involved in physical activities to improve their overall health and fitness more. Our poster guy, Bruce Simmons, has lost 26 lbs in 4 weeks. He has lost 4.5 inches from his waistline and Bruce feels great! Bruce is attending my classes and he is getting better and better. Thank you Bruce for being great example.
