Saturday Morning Workouts Weekly

Come for the start of physically building your TOTAL BODY to a fitness level that will allow you to participate in whatever activity you want with ease.    We will be building a strong foundation of your body of muscles, bones, heart, lungs, etc. and we will be doing this in conjunction with eating healthy.    Everyone is welcomed and it does not matter what physical fitness level you are at currently.   Everyone starts where they are and it only gets BETTER!    

Be sure to dress to workout......tennis shoes, gloves if you like, bottled water, and bring a mat for abdominal works.    Bring a friend or friends.    This is FREE!

We will meet weekly on Saturdays.   However, the location will change.   Be sure to RSVP and check each week for the location of the workout.

    Great job guys! 20 BE FIT crazies showed up and it was so worth it! I took three guys on a 1:30 hr bike ride that ended with some great coffee at River Maiden. Put the word out!

      Shannon, you did a great job. Like I said, everyone starts at their level. You only compete with yourself. I teach in a group setting focusing in on each individual's level of fitness for improvement.

    Initially, we want to build a foundation of strong bones, muscles and cardiovascular system. We will add some variety like yoga and Zumba in probably once a month. Our goal is strong, fit and healthy bodies.

    We had a great turnout of 20 people of all levels. Everyone did a great job working their TOTAL BODIES!!!! It was a little challenging when I had everyone run to the little coffee house at the other end of the parking lot and back 3 times that some of them would stop and take a break for coffee (hahahaha)!!!! But they didn't. I made sure. I had to go down there and see. We had the most fun and everyone worked their 100%. See you next week. Be sure to check for the location probably about Thursday. Weather permitting, we are going outside.
