Small Group/Resistance Stretching

Besides changing our eat habits to healthy and getting more fit, we will also practice Resistance Stretching at each meet up.   We just want to be WHOLE healthy, fit, functional people living life to the fullest!!!!!   BE SURE TO BRING A MAT, A TOWEL  OR PILLOW AND Dress CASUAL.

    What a great night! We had the best people there for the Resistance Stretching workout. Thank you Gina for giving them a taste of your upcoming Walking Meetup on July 12, 2014. Thank you to my other leaders, Jim T, Shauna, Norma, Lisa B, and our newby Bruce Simmons for this a very successful evening for our attendees. See you all next week and also at Boot Camp on Saturday.

    I care for dogs in my home while people travel so they don't have to stay in cages. I would love to meet some dog people in/near Hazel Dell who may want to walk together. I often have 2-8 dogs with me as well. :)
