In 2013 I set a goal of losing 30lbs in 6 months through nutrition alone. No exercise. No supplements. Just food. I hit that goal in the first three months. I lost over 64lbs last year through diet alone.
I will be sharing my journey: how I started, what worked, what didn't, how to tell something is/isn't working, obstacles to look out for and good habits that guaranteed success.
What works for one might not work for another. Knowing this, we will talk about crafting your own personal plan based on your goals, current dietary restrictions and/or health issues.
Additionally, we will have a Q&A on topics such as food, nutrition, satiety triggers, sleep, nutrient deficiencies, adrenal fatigue, et ceterra.
