We didn't have enough time for our last Self-Love class, so we'll be continuing with the worksheets and discussion on this day. If you didn't attend the first class, no worries, you can still gain some valuable insights into your needs and enjoy community with some great like-minded people.

Join us for the second class of our Self-Love series: "Meeting Your Own Needs to Stay Healthy and Happy."
All too often, we go through the motions in our day-to-day lives without taking the time to meet our deepest needs. While we make sure to work on our to-do lists, we often fail to consider which needs in ourselves are going unmet. Further, we can get so caught up in our busy lives that we forget what our needs are, losing any chance of meeting them.
Many of us have been taught it's selfish to focus on our own needs, but quite the contrary is true. When we're not meeting our own needs, not only do we feel depleted, but we have less to give to others. To feel our best and to serve others in the highest ways, we must make our own needs a top priority in our lives.
Together we will share in group discussion, a short guided meditation, and some written and creative exercises to help us gain clarity about what our own needs are and ways to better meet our needs in all areas of our lives.
We will have a donation bowl at this class to help us pay for materials and the running and promotion of this group (suggested donation is $5). Any contributions are appreciated. (If you attended the previous class and made a donation, we do not ask for a second donation).
Note: You may attend this class whether or not you attended the first class in the Self-Love series; while the classes complement each other, they are designed to be able to stand on their own as well.
