Hello!! I'm new to the group. My husband & I are interested in incorporating more raw foods into our diets. Does anyone have any recipes or tips they could share? Thanks so much!!

I recommend purchasing Aaron's book called Alive Alure - very reasonable. $15.00
you can easily add more recipes as you collect them. Great way to get started. He provides a variety of tried and true recipes that are not difficult to make, but taste great!

There are a number of books available including Raw, by Juliano which retails for $38 but I found on for $15. Another is The Idiots Guide to Raw Eating. It's actually very helpful. Also do a web search of different raw recipies on line. When ever you add raw to the search you will most like;y come up with a good number of sites and recipies.

Also feel free to check out my block, I've posted some recipies as well.
