What's up everyone?
I was wondering if anyone would be interested in meeting up once or twice a week to break out some old school sessions of push-ups \ sit-ups (or crunches what have you) They easy free, and just require focus however I don't like doing this alone, so I'd like to get a group or just another person together.
We can change it up and not just do a static 1, 2, 3, we can use playing cards and do what ever number randomly comes up on the cards, or we can do what I call "Kuk sool wan" push-ups. Anything your down for.
I'm looking to do this in the same area of Waikiki beach, during the day or evening.
