Valentine's Day and Great EsSkate Practice Skate
This is a practice run for a Sunday skate of The Great EsSkate, a 3 day inline skate event open to skaters or bicyclists of intermediate levels and above is put on by Great EsSkate, Inc. a non-profit 501 (C)(3) all volunteer organization to benefit the Miami Beach Police Athletic League (PAL).
While most of the actual skates will be police escorted, this practice skate is not. You should be at least a strong "C" or "D" level skater for this skate. Please bring your own water. The skate is about 12 miles long and some of it includes skating in moderate traffic.
Just for fun, please wear something red or like Valentine's Day shorts, t-shirt or whatever. Oh and don't forget your Valentine's Day Skate organizer likes chocolate, cheese and fresh flowers, so if you don't want to get lost.....
