Come join us for an evening of skating and socializing at Hollywood Beach )

This will be a our first ever Saturday Night Skating Event!

Our Friday Night Skates at the beach have been very popular but I want to try something different to give those people a chance to join us who normally can't make it on Friday nights.

Hollywood Beach offers miles of great pavement both on the Broadwalk and the paved the roads north and south of the Broadwalk.

Meeting Location:
Charnow Park
300 Connecticut Street
Hollywood Beach, FL 33019

Parking:
There is a parking garage 1/2 mile north of Hollywood Blvd on North Ocean Drive at Connecticut Street next to the park. Parking in this garage is $1.50 an hour. There is also metered parking for $1.00 an hour on the side streets. The meters take dollar bills, coins and credit cards.

Schedule

6:00 pm:
We'll meet in front of Charnow Park by the beach.

6:30 pm - 8:00 pm:
SKATE !
We will skate on the very smooth cycle path on the Boardwalk and also on the newly paved road north to Dania Beach.

8:00 pm - 10:00 pm:
DINNER!
We’ll pick a local restaurant on the beach to grab something to eat and socialize for a while.

10:00 till ?:
For those that want to extend the evening we may put the skates back on for a late night skate or just go for a stroll on the beach.

~ Notes ~

Wearing a Helmet, Wrist Guards, Knee Pads and Elbow Pads is always recommended.

Drink plenty of water before and during skating to stay hydrated.
