Join us for a lesson in preparing a Hungarian Goulash dinner on Saturday September 14 at 6:00 pm. Monika Konyves and her brother Attila, who is visiting from Hungary will show us how to make dinner Hungarian style. Attila works as a baker and cook in Hungary, so we’ll be treated to fresh baked Kenyer (bread that we’ll make under his direction) Palacsinta (crepes) Gulas with noodles and Ubarka.
Space is limited to 16 people and we are asking a donation of $15 per person to cover food cost. Please also bring a bottle of wine or your favorite beverage to share. To help us plan this event please RSVP no later than Wednesday, September 11.
