Okay, now that the mini-season frenzy has past, we can get down to the serious business of lobster harvesting. We'll meet at the north end of the parking lot, gear up, and head out. Some may wish to hit the erojacks and out to the ledge (a great plan!). Others may choose to hit the productive patch reef just past the pier and still others may wish to hunt the inner reef line where we have seen keepers in 12-14 feet of water. There is plenty of ground to cover for our group.
This is a night dive so all the usual rules and practices apply: a primary light with a backup, tank marker preferred, and a light on your flag. DO REMEMBER your lobster license and gauge because our group is known by FWC to be law-abiding and professional (a nice reputation, I think).
Parking is only $1.50 per hour with fresh water showers available. The Quarterdeck Restaurant has plenty of food to satisfy your hunger and thirst afterward.
