I believe it's something that will help me in my life and will also help my clients.
Deep breathing, meditation, yoga, getting in touch with my "inner body."
Because it will allow me to be at peace, connect more deeply with others, and because it will ultimately help heal the earth.
I'm a life transitions coach and a writer who's interested in learning how to be more peaceful and present.
What a peaceful and nurturing way to spend an afternoon! I really enjoyed the energy of the group, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to learn to lead a more conscious, loving life.
