Business Matters! is an Educational Series Format for Small and Medium Size Businesses. The mission is to provide business professionals with practical, effective advice for saving money, making money and building business connections. Meetings are held the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays and held at the Beaverton Round Training Center, 3rd floor at 12725 SW Millikan Way - Coldwell Banker Buidling from 7:15am - 8:45am.

Join Business Matters on March 17th, 2010 for "Setting Quality Service Goals to Keep Customers ?A Real World Success Story." You'll hear some inspiration, encouragement and practical ideas that have worked for a successful local business that has grown from 1 person to 14 people. You, as Chamber members and guest can use or modify these ideas in your own businesses. John Davidson, of Davidson Benefit Planning, and members of his staff will talk about how they intentionally set service goals, monitor, evaluate and adjust them to ensure customer retention, build new business and stay fresh and responsive, no matter the economic environment or other external influences that may challenge their business.
