There I was, fifty-something and overweight, round in the belly -- maybe I could lose 5 or 6 lbs by being careful, but then I'd get so dang hungry and irritable I'd spend a day or two eating everything in sight and gained it all back, plus more!
When I saw my friend Kelly shrink visibly each week when we'd get together and play tennis, I started to wonder what he's doing. He shared that he lost 35 lbs in under 2 months, and his whole family had lost over 1,000 lbs and was keeping it off!
I said, "You gotta be kidding!" He said, "Nope, not kidding."
So, I jumped on the program and lost 20 pounds in a month. Three years and I still haven't found them (they must be on someone else!).
I was so thrilled that I decided to join the company and become Health Coach myself. Now I've retired completely from engineering, and I assist others who want to do what Kelly and I have done -- lose a bunch of weight and keep it off.
